Meet the Founder

Destined to travel, Renae made her first international trip at 3 months old when she moved to Italy for 3 years with her family. Following this, they extended their stay abroad in South Korea, where she learned the language and continues to speak fluently to this day. Since then, she’s traveled to more than 30 countries and loves continuing to “Scout” new destinations, hotels, & experiences with her clients in mind.

With over a decade of experience in Corporate Finance, Renae is meticulous in her travel planning & applies that eye for detail in all she does. As a mom of two, she’s the go-to for family travel but loves working with honeymooners & empty-nesters alike. Clients trust her discerning taste and unparalled precision and are confident she'll deliver on top-notch experiences for all their travels.

Renae resides in Denver with her husband and two kids. In her “free” time she loves cheering for her USC Trojans, playing tennis, exploring new destinations, and spending time with family & friends.

Travel Specialist

Lizzie’s 15+ year career in global travel, events, and hospitality has been shaped by her passion for connecting people through shared experiences. She has worked for leading brands and high net worth families, both on the agency side and in-house, including tourist boards, airlines and luxury tour operators, and has delivered unique experiences all over the world. Clients have trusted her with everything from festivals on a private island to birthday dinners in remote palaces, making her an experienced and trusted advisor for unique, memorable journeys.

Lizzie’s expertise shines in planning complex itineraries and large group trips, honed through years of managing incentive trips ranging from 50 to 500 participants in global destinations. Yet, she is equally adept at crafting intimate, magical weekends away or serene weeks of rest and relaxation, bringing the same attention to detail to ensure every possible contingency is thought of.

A British expat living in Las Vegas, Lizzie enjoys exploring with her husband and dog, catching live concerts and dreaming up her next trip.

Meet Carolyn,

Travel Advisor

With nearly a decade of experience as a C-suite Executive and Personal Assistant, Carolyn mastered the art of anticipating needs and delivering elevated service with ease. Her talent for planning memorable experiences in destinations like Mykonos, Edinburgh, Madrid, London, and Paris sparked a passion for travel that soon became her calling. In early 2024, she transitioned fully into the luxury travel space, joining Scouted Travel Co in 2025 to design exceptional journeys for discerning clients.

Carolyn specializes in ultra-personalized itineraries for her travelers, drawing on her refined attention to detail, deep service background, and global perspective. Whether planning dreamy honeymoons or multigenerational milestones, Carolyn ensures every journey is seamless, sophisticated, and truly unforgettable.

Originally from Maryland, she has lived in almost every major NE East Coast city; Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New York City. Carolyn just got married in May 2025 and will be going on her honeymoon to Costa Rica in early June! Keep an eye out on Scouted socials for her adventure as she has quite the itinerary planned!

Tennis Experiences Lead

Cynthia has always loved travel and been curious about the world. These interests led her and her family to live in several vibrant cities, including New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, London and now, Colorado. Living abroad not only fueled her love of adventure but also expanded her empathy for people of all backgrounds and beliefs.

While living in Tokyo, she decided to branch out into the community and reconnected with tennis.  Since then, she’s made it a point to attend tournaments worldwide & is excited to share her passion for tennis & help others experience the magic of the sport.

Cynthia has been to the French Open, US Open, Wimbledon, and the Australian Open 10+ times over the years.  She’s also attended many smaller tournaments including the Japan Open,  Miami Open, Rome Open, Monte Carlo, Queens and the Hurlingham Club which holds small tournaments leading up to Wimbledon.  Indian Wells is also an annual trip she coordinates, where friends across the globe reconnect and celebrate their mutual love of the game.

As a seasoned traveler and avid tennis player, Cynthia brings a unique perspective to every trip she plans.
